We’re feeling a bit melancholy after hearing Lady Gaga’s beautiful-yet-tragic new ballad ‘Princess Die.’ It’s a heart-breaking tune, filled to the brim with grief and despair.
However, one thing we have learned from Gaga is that her spirit is indestructible. Thus, the song immediately brought to mind a key section of another heartfelt Gaga tune that you all know very well. In ‘The Queen,’ Gaga sings the following:
“Starry night come inside me like never before.
Don’t forget me when I come crying to heaven’s door.
I will fly on a challenger across the sky,
Like a phoenix so you can remind them of the dream I bore.”
